It is very hard to believe that Sam and Madison are already 2 weeks old. Where has the time gone? We have had a busy week and they continue to do well. Sam and Madie have graduated from their cradle in our bedroom to the nursery (under video surveillance). They are sharing a crib until Sam kicks Madie to the curb. So far they are still feeding and sleeping at about the same times which has been nice for Mom and Dad's sleep or lack of sleep program. Having Nikki's mom here has been an absolute blessing and a huge amount of help to both of us.
Thursday night Mom and Dad took Sam and Madie for a walk around the neighborhood to test out the "snap-n-go" stroller, money well spent. Friday, Sam and Madison were issued clean bills of health by their pediatrician and will not have to be seen until their 2 month check up. Sam now weighs 7 lbs 6 oz and is 21 1/4 inches long(he grew 1.25" in 2 weeks) while Madison weighs 6 lbs 6 oz and is 20 1/2 inches long. Both are above their birth weights and growing each day. It's amazing to see how much each of them have changed and filled out. Someone once told us not to blink when they arrive because you will miss something. That couldn't be more true. Here are a few pictures from the week. Enjoy!
