I headed back to work last week, so we are all adjusting. We are very blessed to have our friend and neighbor, Joan, watching the kids here at the house. Knowing they are safe and in great hands made my decision to go back to work (and actually going) much easier. But it's the little things too, like not having to get Sam & Madie up each morning, fed, dressed and dropped off to the sitter and to work by 8 a.m. Just thinking about that makes me exhausted! For Sam & Madie their day is nearly the same as when Mom was home and that makes all of us very happy. And Mom gets an occasional smile when she returns home!
