We're 6 months old!

Last Saturday the twins turned 6 months old. We spent the morning getting pictures taken at our friend Jeannie's studio in Chesapeake. She got some great shots of the kids and I can't wait for the pictures to arrive! Yesterday Sam & Madie had their 6 month check-ups with our new pediatrician, Dr. Mitchell, who we really liked. He was great with the kids and had them smiling and giggling. Their smiles turned to cries when the nurses came in to administer the shots though. Good thing they are too young to remember. They are both healthy and developing on schedule. Sam weighed in at 19 lbs. 13 oz. and 28.5 inches long. Madie weighed in at 17 lbs. 4 oz. and 27.5 inches long.
