In case if you haven't noticed, I'm catching up tonight. I apologize for the delay in posting, but we've been running since the holidays - literally running in and out of our house day and night, running in and out of the nursery - wiping noses and applying orajel in the middle of the night, and running to and from our jobs. The twins are running too - in their walkers! They are non-stop, enjoying their "freedom" and often playing bumper cars as they make laps around the 1st floor. They are growing up before our eyes. Sam is cutting his top 4 teeth and all have come through in the last two days, so he has a total of 7 teeth. Madie is pulling, drooling, and chewing on everything, but so far not a tooth to be seen. Their little personalities are coming through in full force. They each have their drama moments: each do not like having things taken away from them and each always want what the other has, despite the fact that we have double of many toys! It's so much fun to watch their little minds figure things out. For example, this weekend we returned from a shopping trip to Sam's Club and I opened the paper towels to start putting them away in the pantry. As you can see, Sam was eager to help. Madie preferred to pull the towels off the stove instead. Both tried hanging the stacking rings on the cabinet knobs and both figured out that if I pull on the knob, the door/drawer opens. Also, both have learned that if you press the button on the trash can, it opens too! Babyproofing here we come. Enjoy the video of the twins "running" and have a great week.
