Following our last post, we headed to Lancaster to spend Christmas Day and the following couple days with my family. We had a great time seeing everyone, especially our nephews Kolton & Ian. Sam & Madie had a great time watching Kolton & Ian too! Next year will be lots of fun as they try to keep up with their cousins. Kolton wished for a train for Christmas and his reaction to opening that gift made my Christmas. I'll never forget the look on his face. On Friday, Jason & I enjoyed a night out in Madison, going to dinner and the Bodeans concert. Saturday we had the twins baptized, despite the yucky weather. Unfortunately, Jason's parents weren't able to make the trip in the terrible fog and freezing rain. The baptism was long overdue however and it was nice to be able to share it with some family. Jason returned to Virginia on Sunday, but I stayed a couple more days, enjoying the winter weather and Grandma & Grandpa Bishell. I flew back alone with the kids, which went great, so expect to see me again in the future! We all brought back a doozie of a cold, several boxes of presents, and a smile when we all layed in our beds that night. Home sweet home! Santa visited the twins here in Virginia while we were out, so we had just a few more presents waiting for us. Enjoy some more holiday photos below.
